Building latrines, putting on a ceiling or a cement floor, sponsoring a child with a scholarship, and praying with a village, is so much more than meets the eye. Life expectancy has increased by 10 years, infant mortality has decreased from 15% to zero, educational level on average increased from 2nd to 6th grade, and economic cooperatives have been formed which increased the per capita income by more than 50% of the villages involved.
